Bacchus Bistro and Wine Bar provides an elegant but relaxing European atmosphere. The Bistro’s menu includes culinary influences from Italy, France and Spain. Indulge in a domestic French cut rosemary and garlic grilled rack of lamb, served with Asiago risotto and grilled asparagus or try the summer gnocchi, a blend of Italian herbs and Buerre Blanc, green beans and frsh tomatoes. Executive Head Chef David Stover and Assistant Chef Robert Bachner offer assorted salads; panini; small plates; fresh pasta and seafood; prime meats; and a Sunday brunch. Seating will be available for lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday, within the dining room, bar or outdoor courtyard. Please inquire about Bacchus’ private room for special events.
